When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and analysis of your content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate and should not be considered professional theological advice
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of AI-generated content

The Service is intended to assist your spiritual journey, not replace pastoral guidance or personal study.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay may result in termination of your subscription.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERSABLE INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
